1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the bdt4999 platform at bdt4999.club (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "bdt4999", "we", "us", or "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of bdt4999, including visitors, registered players, and any other individuals who access the Platform in any capacity. The Platform is operated for entertainment purposes and is made available exclusively to eligible individuals as defined in Section 2 of these terms.

bdt4999 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. 2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bdt4999 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

bdt4999 conducts age verification at the point of registration and reserves the right to request supporting identity documentation — including a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — at any time and without prior notice. Any account where the registered player cannot satisfactorily verify their age will be suspended pending verification, and all funds held in such an account may be withheld until the verification process is completed.

bdt4999 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use in all locations. Players are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable local laws before using the Platform.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of betting and gaming services on bdt4999, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on bdt4999 at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. bdt4999 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals may be forfeited without compensation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdt4999 login credentials, including your username and password. bdt4999 will never ask you to disclose your password via email or any other communication channel. You agree to:

• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

KYC verification may be requested at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any other time at bdt4999's discretion. Required documentation may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

bdt4999 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, and other approved channels that may be added or removed from time to time.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your bdt4999 account instantly in most cases. In rare circumstances, processing delays of up to 30 minutes may occur due to mobile banking network issues.
• bdt4999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The deposit method must belong to the registered account holder.
• bdt4999 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business days.
• bdt4999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to processing. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

5. Bonus and Promotions Policy

bdt4999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. bdt4999 reserves the right to exclude any player from receiving a bonus at its discretion.
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion. Unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the stated validity period.
• bdt4999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a verified account on bdt4999 are eligible for a 100% first deposit bonus up to ৳20,000. To qualify, the first deposit must meet the minimum threshold stated in the active welcome offer. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement as specified in the current offer at the time of registration. bdt4999 reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus conditions, or any other method that bdt4999 determines to be contrary to the spirit of its promotions — will have their bonus revoked, their account suspended, and any associated winnings forfeited. bdt4999's decision in all matters of bonus abuse is final.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports betting activity on bdt4999 is governed by the general betting rules set out in this section, as well as any sport-specific or event-specific rules that may be published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict, the more specific rule shall take precedence.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

bdt4999 reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any bet at its sole discretion and without providing a reason. This includes placing maximum stake limits on specific markets, events, or individual player accounts. The acceptance of a bet by bdt4999 constitutes a binding agreement; once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.

6.2 Odds and Pricing

All odds published on bdt4999 are subject to change at any time up until the point of bet confirmation. In the event that an incorrect price is offered due to a technical error or human error, bdt4999 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the incorrect price and return stakes to the player's account. bdt4999 will make every reasonable effort to identify and correct pricing errors promptly.

6.3 Live Betting

Live in-play betting is available on selected markets, including BPL and international cricket matches, football, and other sports. Live odds fluctuate rapidly based on match conditions. bdt4999 cannot guarantee that live odds will be available continuously throughout an event. bdt4999 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time without notice, particularly in the event of network disruptions, data feed failures, or integrity concerns.

6.4 Casino and Slots

Casino games and slot titles available on bdt4999 are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each individual game are governed by the game provider's rules, which are accessible within the game interface. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. bdt4999 does not manipulate game outcomes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdt4999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment credentials, false identity documents, or any form of deception to create or operate an account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate bet outcomes in casino games, poker, or any other competitive format.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear bonuses, or any other method deemed abusive by bdt4999.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or disputes with your mobile banking provider after funds have been received and credited to your bdt4999 account. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and pursuit of recovery through available legal channels.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform without explicit written authorisation from bdt4999.
• Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets based on non-public information, or in connection with any activity that may constitute match fixing, spot fixing, or any other form of sports corruption.
• Money laundering: Using the bdt4999 Platform in any manner that facilitates the concealment, conversion, or transfer of proceeds from criminal activity. bdt4999 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected money laundering.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

bdt4999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Identification of the account as a duplicate of an existing registered account.
• Evidence of underage gambling or misrepresentation of age during registration.
• Requests for self-exclusion submitted by the account holder.
• Concerns regarding the player's welfare, including indications of problem gambling behaviour.
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements necessitating account closure.

Upon permanent account closure, any real-money balance held in the account (excluding bonus funds and winnings subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to the completion of any ongoing investigations or KYC processes. bdt4999 will communicate the reason for closure where it is legally permissible to do so.
